Book a partyLet me tell you a little about our history, our delicious food, and our latest Imperial Beach location. Originally out of Hawaii, the Big Kahuna’s Restaurant is family owned and operated. In 1992, our first location opened it’s doors on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Since then we have expanded to the mainland. We opened a location in Pacific Beach California in 2001 then in 2009 we opened our location in Imperial Beach and have been catering to the local San Diegan’s ever since.

I'd love to know where those huge Hawaiian buns came from, because I've never seen them anywhere. They were fresh, soft, and delicious. Can't wait to go back for the loco moko.

I just love this place. The food is always really good and they have a great price on beer. I love love love the Spam musabi. They are HUGE!!
Great friendly service and the food was delicious .. the way the bun was toasted was perfect nice and golden. We were really impressed and couldn't finish our burgers.
